Drawing on more than 30 years of business experience between them, Brett and Michelle combine their dynamic skills to give you a, ‘two-heads for the cost of one’ philosophy. To ensure a quality result, the pair stay on top of new marketing platforms and innovative ideas, and they collaborate with outside experts whenever the need arises.

Brett Broadhead
With nearly 20 years developing business in New Zealand, Brett’s roles have spanned Regional, National and General Management. Brett has applied his skills across a wide range of business facets, including, sales and marketing, business development, customer service, health and safety, and compliance.
Brett’s experience has been finely tuned across many industry sectors, and in corporate, medium and small businesses. Gaining a positive reputation for his insightful nature and straight-talking approach, Brett also brings a refreshing ‘out of the box’ style to problem solving. His tenacious work ethic means he researches all options, against a goal of bold profitability. Don’t be surprised if your SME business is shaken up and stirred - Brett has a particular passion for challenging existing sales strategies, identifying ways for stronger results and stable growth.

Michelle Keast
Michelle was born a problem solver! With more than 18 years’ experience, helping kiwi businesses, Michelle takes particular pride in business analysis, change management, training and system implementation. She has a reputation for untangling complex business problems, quickly identifying causes and sharing creative, yet cost-effective solutions.
Michelle has worked across a wide range of businesses - corporate, small and medium sized, predominantly in the service industry. Michelle goes beyond listening, she truly hears – delving deeply into your business culture and processes, matching ways to improve and get the best results possible. A successful outcome is at the heart of all Michelle’s interactions – she has a natural flair for streamlining processes and sharing ideas to accelerate business growth.
